ELIGIBILITY

Items are eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

  • All original tags and hygiene seals are intact

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the protective seal has been removed or if the item shows any signs of wear.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items without original tags or hygiene seal


EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for:

  • A different size

  • A different colour (subject to availability)

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or a refund.


REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

UAE

  • Return shipping fee: AED 22
    This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Europe

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
