6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates and Europe.

Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Once an order has been dispatched, Brulée Beachwear Store is not responsible for delivery delays.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & SIZE EXCHANGES

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • With the hygiene liner intact

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed for the same item only, subject to stock availability.

The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the Returns, Refunds & Size Exchanges policy applies.
