We endeavour to make returning or exchanging an order as easy as possible for our clients. We offer free returns on all Brulée Beachwear purchases. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that return conditions specified below are met. We advise that you check your order upon receipt. If there is an issue, please contact our customer support. We can not accept returns 14 days after you have received the items.
RETURN EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Brulée Beachwear accepts returns of unused items by mail within 14 days from the date of shipment.
Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.
The following items will NOT be accepted:
- Beauty products, such as fragrances or body creams.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything Brulée Beachwear reasonably believes has been used.
- Swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact. (Please note that only the swimsuits have the protective adhesive strip.)
Returns that do not comply with the Brulée Beachwear returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you wish to return an item, please check the Returns Exchange Conditions in the first place. Then:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or +34 644 93 36 56 to notify the return.
- Please, kindly note you can arrange the shipment yourself, or we can do it for you. In that case, the shipping cost will be discounted from the reimbursment.
- Carefully fold the items with all tags attached.
- Pack using the original packaging and box. Seal securely and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
